Looking for something similar to oat meal but packing a higher nutritional punch that is also Keto, Vegan and Gluten Free?

Wannabe Oats
What you need
- 1/2 Cup water ( or milk of your choice )
- 2 Tablespoons Almond Flour or Coconut Flower
- 1 Tablespoon Flaxseed
- 1 Tablespoon Chai Seeds
- 1/4 Teaspoon Sweetener of choice
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 scoop Collagen Powder ( Optional )
Optional Add ons for Topping – ( Just as you are unique and have different tastebuds then others I highly suggest having fun and making your own twist on this recipe. Add what you like but as always keep in mind the fruit you add is added sugar and if you are on a keto diet stick to berries and high fat nuts.
- Strawberries 1/4 Cup
- Blueberries 1/8 Cup
- Raspberries 1/8 Cup
- Banana 1/2 Cut
- Coconut Chips
- Cacao nips
- Almonds or any nuts
- Whatever your heart desires.
You can make this on the stove or microwave.
1. Add all ingredients except Vanilla extract and toppings into a microwave safe bowl or pot.
2. Mix it all up.
3. Microwave on high for 1 Minute or until thickened.
4. Add Vanilla extract and mix.
5. Microwave 1 Minute.
6. Add desired toppings.
7. Enjoy!
