I wholeheartedly would highly recommend Jess to anyone looking to delve deeper into their own personal practice. She encourages her class to look within ourselves for answers and deep into the yoga philosophy and lifestyle. I really enjoyed how she incorporated Sanskrit and ancient breathing exercises to help calm our minds and get us into a meditative state. Jessica has such a soothing voice and the adjustments she gave we’re amazing. I loved her knowledge of yogic wisdom she shared in her mantra and throughout the class. I left her class feeling lighter energetically emotionally balanced stronger in my body and inner peace radiating from every being of my cell.
