A dynamic style of Yoga which joins physical postures with inhales and exhales. Vinyasa translates to “Flowing with breath”. My Vinyasa flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequencing involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing and a strong presence of breath awareness. Vinyasa classes are a faster paced they tend to be a bit more aerobic, My Vinyasa classes give modifications for all levels of yogis from beginner to advanced.
