Meditation is one of the best tools we have to balance our emotions, deal with physical and psychological distresses, and can promote the peace of the present moment. I provide guided meditations based on your needs and what you would like to focus on. This may be Letting go of something you are holding on to, Practicing Ahimsa, Calming the mind, practicing gratitude or aligning your chakras. If you are new to meditation and interested in trying it out, I highly suggest you do. Mediation is in my daily practice and I can say firsthand it’s a game changer.
